Return & Refund Policy

At CT+ Clear Therapy, we are committed to providing genuine products, accurate wholesale orders, and reliable service to our customers and authorized wholesale partners.

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders are generally final sale and non-returnable because products are prepared according to the customer's selected items and quantities. Returns due to a change of mind, incorrect quantity selection, pricing decisions, or the customer no longer wanting the products are not eligible for a refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Products

If products arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, the customer must contact us promptly after delivery. Customers may be required to provide the order/invoice number, product details, photographs of the affected products and packaging, and shipping information.

After verification, CT+ Clear Therapy may provide a replacement, credit, or refund for the confirmed affected products.

Documentation & Marketplace Support

For qualifying wholesale orders, we may provide applicable paid commercial invoices, Letter of Authorization (LOA), certification/support documents, and brand-related documentation where applicable.

If a verified issue with documentation supplied by CT+ Clear Therapy directly prevents a qualifying order from being properly supported for the intended marketplace, the customer may be eligible for a full refund of the qualifying order amount, subject to review and verification.

Marketplace approval decisions are controlled by the respective marketplace. Refunds do not apply to marketplace policy changes, customer account issues, listing issues, or other circumstances outside CT+ Clear Therapy's responsibility.

Refund Conditions

Refunds are only issued after the applicable claim has been reviewed and approved. Customers must contact us before returning any products. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method, and processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
